1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sale periods, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Timeline

We currently ship across India.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above β‚Ή499

  • Standard shipping charges may apply for orders below the minimum free shipping threshold.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID

  • Courier partner details

  • Tracking link via Email / SMS / WhatsApp

You can track your order status anytime using the provided tracking information.


5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver products on time, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather disruptions

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Public holidays or festivals

In such cases, we request your patience and understanding.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.

HEAVENMIST will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Wrong contact details

  • Customer unavailable during delivery attempts

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


7. Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A leaked package

  • Missing item(s)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Product photos/videos

  • Packaging images

After verification, we will provide a replacement or suitable resolution.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and order values.

HEAVENMIST reserves the right to disable COD for specific pin codes or suspicious orders.


9. International Shipping

Currently, HEAVENMIST ships only within India.

International shipping services will be introduced soon.
